Good evening everyone! Reminder that classes will be back on the normal schedule starting next week on Friday September 6th! Registration is also open at the Buell Gym kiosk.

This upcoming Sunday, July 28th will be our last class of the summer. Classes will resume on their normal schedule in the fall on Friday, September 6th.

There will be no training on Friday May 17th and Sunday May 19th for the Victoria Day long weekend. Classes will resume as per normal on Tuesday the 21st, and hope everyone has a relaxing weekend!

Good morning everyone!

There will be no class this Sunday, April 31st for the Easter weekend. Friday’s class will be as per normal.

Starting this Tuesday, March 5th, classes will be moved to 117 Waterloo Road, in the gym the former Prince of Peace Catholic School.

To enter the gym, please follow the middle path which goes by the front playground and use the middle green doors.  

Please note that there are no water fountains in the gym, so please make sure to bring your own water.

There will be no class this Sunday, February 18th for the Family Day Holiday. Friday’s class will be as per normal, and hope everyone has a great long weekend otherwise!

Two Announcements, firstly our last class of the year will be this Friday, December 22nd, with classes resuming in January on Friday the 5th. We hope everyone has a great holiday season!

Secondly, the Sendokan Dojo in Mississauga will be having a special seminar at the end of January. Should be a great opportunity to learn from a variety of instructors, and at least one familiar face in the lineup.
