4 August 2018 Tuesday 7pm-9pm Seniors
7 August 2018 Friday 6:15pm-7:15pm Junior / 7pm-9pm Senior.
Please be sure to pay your class fees before class so you or your child is covered under the insurance. Thanks!
Combined Juniors and Seniors Class Sunday! To celebrate our last class of the season 10am Sunday! 29 July 2018
Summer Uniforms: For the month of July, Juniors may wear tee shirts with their gi pants and their belt and skip their gi top. It is going to be a warm July and we are training in the field house. Please bring remember to drink water and dress appropriately this summer, in the dojo and outside of it.
Please be aware that Canada Day weekend hours are as follows:
Friday 29 June 2018 Classes as normal, 6:15-7:15pm Juniors, 7:15-9pm Seniors.
Sunday 1 July 2018 No Classes.

Hi folks, due to the weather the Buell Gym is closed so we can’t hold class. Stay safe, stay warm. Sorry for not being able to cancel sooner, we only found out when the gym was supposed to open, which is 0830. Enjoy your sunday.
Reminder, there are no classes Easter Weekend. 30 March and 1 April the Buell Center is closed. See you the week after.
The Buell Fitness Center is closed due to weather, we will not be having classes tonight. Please stay home and be safe.
The first class of the new year will be on Friday 5 January. This first class is the most important of the year as it sets the tone for your training for the rest of the year. Looking forward to seeing you Friday.
A reminder for all that we will be having classes on Friday 6 Oct. 2017) but not on Sunday (8 Oct. 2017).
